Amity Beach House is located in the beautiful seaside village of Amity Point. This accommodation on North Stradbroke Island is less than 700m to the Amity Point swimming enclosure, jetty, boat ramp, Sea Level 21 Cafe and General Store. Featuring 3 bedrooms; a main with Queen bed and ensuite (bath, separate shower and toilet), another room with Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Amity Beach House can sleep up to 8 people. The house has beautiful polished timber floors throughout, a 6 seater lounge, and TV/DVD. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove & oven and an outside deck with BBQ. The laundry has a top loading washing machine. It is fully screened with an air-conditioned kitchen, lounge and dining area. There are pedestal fans for bedrooms and a wall heater in the main bedroom. There is a ramp for wheel chair and pram access. The bathroom is not equipped for disabled guests. Outside there is a carport and boatport, a large covered outdoor area and the yard is fully fenced. There is also an outside shower to wash off any sand. This is a great place to have as your base while you explore the island. Amity Point is well known for spotting dolphins and you may also discover koalas and curlews close by. Pets are allowed, however they must stay outside. Short 15 minute drive to Point Lookout or Dunwich.
