Amity Saltash is situated in a prime location in the heart of Amity Point on North Stradbroke Island. Being 3 houses away from the waterfront it is just a short stroll to the Amity jetty, swimming enclosure, general store, Sea Level 21, Amity Club and Community Centre.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms both with built in wardrobes, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms have fans. On this level is the Lounge with TV/DVD, dining room and kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, gas stove, oven and a dishwasher. There is a main bathroom with a shower over bath, and a separate toilet. The deck has a BBQ with a 6 person outdoor setting. 

Downstairs has its own external access and is set up as its own studio with another Queen bed, and its own generous size bathroom. The laundry room is also on the lower level, complete with a washing machine and dryer. There is a chest freezer here for guest use too.

This house is fully screened.

Amity Saltash is pet friendly and has a secure deck and a fenced backyard.
