Located approx. 500m from Point Lookout's Main Beach and the North Gorge walk, you have everything you need within easy walking distance. These things include; fishing, swimming, surfing, walking on the many bush tracks, shops, and restaurants in the heart of Point Lookout. The house has lovely polished timber floors, it is fully screened with 2 bedrooms which comfortably sleeps 5 - (1 x Queen, 1 x Bunk bed with Trundle), ceiling fans throughout the house, 1 bathroom, TV/DVD/CD player, FOXTEL. There is a newly renovated kitchen with gas cook top, electric oven & microwave. The laundry has a top loading washing machine and dryer and on the deck there is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. This house is child friendly and the large decks have secure gates to keep toddlers safe.
