This accommodation is a unique two level two-bedroom, one bathroom home above Cylinder Beach, Point Lookout on North Stradbroke Island. Perfect for a couple or small family. Walking into this home the owner’s interior is inspired by a ship’s interior with Asian influences. Downstairs has the master bedroom with a Queen bed which is made up on arrival and opening onto the downstairs deck, this room is screened and has a wall mounted fan. It also has a combined bathroom/laundry with a shower, vanity, hair dryer provided and front loader washing machine, toilet is separate from bathroom. Upstairs is open plan living and has a fully equip kitchen with fridge, convection microwave oven, espresso toria pod coffee machine (bring your own pods), gas stove, oven, double draw dishwasher (use powder only), there are 2 portable fans upstairs,small heater and partially screened. The lounge room has a three-seater couch with a TV/DVD player (dvd's provide to use), the second room has a set of bunks and window screened, there is also a fold out double sofa bed (linen not supplied, you can either hire our linen or bring your own). The deck has amazing views overlooking Cylinder Beach with outdoor setting. Both bedrooms have privacy curtains. This property is nestled on a hill surrounded by trees with many local wildlife visitors e.g., Kangaroos, Koalas, Curlews and Kookaburras. This is a smoke free home, please smoke outside and dispose of butts thoughtfully to protect our wildlife. This house isn’t suitable for elderly with mobility issues or young children as access to the property is a little steep. This property is in an ideal location walking distance to Hotel, Shops, Beaches, and bus stop directly across the street. Easy if you want a quick holiday without the expense of bringing a car. There is off street parking. This home is equipped with fire blanket and fire extinguisher. The property has a BBQ and outdoor shower.
