Cutter St Lookout is located in one of the best positions on North Stradbroke Island, a small headland dividing Cylinder Beach from Deadman's Beach at Point Lookout.

Step out the side gate and down the stairs to discover Cylinder Beach (life guard on duty 365 days,) or out to Cutter Street and along the little forest track, (keep an eye out for koalas), to Deadman's Beach, (dog off leash area). Access the beach without crossing a road. It's only a short stroll to local shops & cafes. 

Cutter Lookout is light and breezy featuring multiple indoor/outdoor entertaining areas, a new kitchen fully equipped with induction stove top, oven, dishwasher and mircowave. The open plan living, dining, kitchen area features polished concrete floor with comfortable furnishings and big screen TV, books, puzzles and games. 

Screened glass sliding doors open onto a large enclosed and shaded courtyard (secure for small children and dogs), which includes outdoor shower, large dining setting and gas BBQ. A northern terrace provides a relaxing breakfast possie in the sun after a morning swim. 

Cutter St Lookout sleeps six guests, with three upper level bedrooms, two queen beds, one with ensuite and one with attached bathroom and two single beds in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have views over looking the waters of Deadman's Beach. All windows are fully screened and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. The main queen bedroom is air conditioned. Sliding doors are fitted with security screens allowing for night airflow in a secure enviroment. 

An upper level terrace surveys the ocean beyond Deadman's and is perfect for watching the whales and relaxing over afternoon/evening drinks. The lower level includes a laundry with attached toilet, top loading washing machine, dryer and trough. Off strret parking for two vehicles is available. 

Cutter Lookout welcomes dogs by negotitation. Cats are not allowed. Dog to be kept outdoors in the secure courtyard. Courtyard is to be kept clean. A $50 clean up fee will charged for cleaning soiled courtyard. A $50 extra cleaning fee will be charged if dogs are found to have spent time inside.

SMOKING: Smoking is permitted outside the premises only. STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY.
