Sea Change 1 is a newly renovated (late 2020) 3 bedroom townhouse at Point Lookout with all new modern furnishings and fittings with some ocean views from the deck.  This accommodation on North Stradbroke Island is a two storey townhouse with two flights of stairs that take you to the upper level.

The upper level is the main living space with the kitchen, dining, living room with foxtel and WIFI and master bedroom all on this level. There is a brand new kitchen, dining setting and lounge. The lounge room opens up on to the large deck with an outdoor setting and BBQ. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan and aircon. This room also has its own en suite with a shower, vanity and toilet.

The lower level has a further 2 bedrooms. One room has a Queen bed and the other room has 2 single beds with 2 pull out trundles (linen not supplied for trundles). This level also has a separate bathroom and toilet,  the laundry is tucked away beside the stairs - top loader washing machine and dryer.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

There is one under cover space for your car, but there is also street parking available for multiple cars.
