Sunleith is a spacious 4 bedroom home at Point Lookout on North Stradbroke Island ideal for families. It is located very close to Cylinder Beach, Hotel & Shops, a very easy walking distance to everything in a central location. Fully screened house.

Upstairs has a large living area and fireplace which opens onto a large front deck. There is also a smaller rear deck over looking the garden with some water glimpses. There is a TV/DVD in the lounge, dining to seat 8, fully self contained kitchen, gas BBQ, The main room has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe. There is a separate shower & toilet. 2nd room upstairs also has a Double bed.

Downstairs has 2 bedrooms 1 Queen bed & 2 singles. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The laundry is in the garage, there is a dryer & top loader washing machine. There is a separate carport. The back yard is fenced ideal for young kids & small dogs. Pets are strictly outside only.
